Privacy protection statement
Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 – “Personal Data Protection Code” (hereinafter referred to as “Code”), telmotor spa, in the capacity of “Data Controller”, is obliged to provide you with information on the use of your personal data.
2. Source of personal data
Your data shall be collected by recording the data you provided, in the capacity of data subject, at the time of registration.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:
1. Certifying your identity to the seller \purchaser during the transactions for sale\purchase of goods on the market, respecting the dignity and good repute of third parties and in observance of legislation in force;
2. Conducting surveys to establish the degree of satisfaction of users with regard to the services offered or requested; To guarantee service efficiency, we inform that the data may also be used to carry technical tests and checks.
4. Data processing procedures
With regard to the purposes set forth above, personal data is processed using manual, computer and electronic tools and logics that are strictly related to the aforesaid purposes and, in any case, so as to guarantee data safety and confidentiality.
5. Optional nature of data disclosure
Disclosure of data is optional, but if you fail to do so, it shall not be possible to use the commercial email notification system and any services implemented in the future.
6. Categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may acquire it in the capacity of Data Processors or Persons in charge of processing.
Your personal data may be known only by the website administrators, identified as Persons in charge of processing.
7. Data Subject’s rights
We inform you that legislation governing the protection of personal data entitles the Data Subjects to exercise specific rights, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Code, as set forth below: 1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning his person is held, even if not yet recorded, and to have said data transmitted in intelligible form. 2. The data subject is entitled to obtain indication: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and procedures of processing; c) of the logic applied in the case of processing performed using electronic tools; d) of the details of the data controller, processors and of the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2); e) of the persons or categories of person to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may come to acquire knowledge thereof in the capacity of representative designated in state territory, data processors or persons in charge of processing. 3. The data subject is entitled to obtain: a) updating, correction, or, when it is in his interest, integration of data; b) deletion, transformation into anonymous form or freezing of data processed in breach of the law, including data that does not need to be conserved in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a. and b. and their content, have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been transmitted or disclosed, unless fulfilment of this obligation proves impossible or entails an employment of resources that is clearly disproportionate to the protected right. 4. The data subject is entitled to fully or partially object: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data for the dispatch of advertising or direct sales material or for the conduction of market research or business information.
